Recently, Lide Aluminum Equipment Factory has completed the intelligent iterative upgrade of complete casting and extrusion equipment. The new generation aluminum billet melting and casting furnace and the control system for full extrusion lines have been officially launched to domestic and overseas markets. As a manufacturer with more than 30 years of experience in aluminum equipment, our company focuses on pain points in the whole aluminum profile production process. We optimized and renovated the melting and casting temperature control system, servo drive of extrusion main machine, online straightening and quenching modules, further improving equipment stability, finished product yield and energy consumption performance.
The upgraded complete line is suitable for the production of various products including construction profiles, industrial aluminum materials and new energy aluminum profiles. It supports remote data monitoring, fault early warning and one-click parameter saving. While cutting energy consumption per unit product, the equipment reduces manual intervention and shortens commissioning cycles for customers. At present, this complete set of equipment has obtained orders from Middle East customers. After pre-assembly, no-load and load tests in our factory, the whole production line will be delivered. Our technical team will be arranged for on-site installation, commissioning and staff training.
