Recently, our company has completed iterative optimization for the control system of mainstream aluminum‑profile extrusion production lines. Based on real‑world production feedback from downstream new‑energy and automotive lightweight customers, our technical team upgraded the PLC control logic and pressure‑adjustment modules. When producing thin‑wall new‑energy aluminum‑alloy profiles, the equipment delivers improved operating stability and lower energy consumption per unit of output.
This upgrade solution is available for brand‑new complete machines, and can also be applied to retrofit existing old‑generation equipment at customer sites. Two domestic aluminum‑processing factories have finished modification and commissioning, with stable operation after going into production. Going forward, we will keep collecting on‑site manufacturing feedback from the industry, polish our equipment solutions, and supply practical complete‑set machinery for aluminum‑processing clients at home and overseas.
