Hualv Intelligence Launches New-Generation CNC Melting & Casting Equipment, Cuts Per-Furnace Energy Consumption by 18%

Recently, Foshan Hualv Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. officially rolled out its new-generation HL-ZK200 CNC complete melting and casting equipment. The technical upgrade, which addresses common industry pain points such as high energy consumption and heavy reliance on manual labor, has drawn widespread attention across aluminum processing industrial belts in South and East China.
The aluminum processing sector is now in a transformation phase of quality improvement and efficiency upgrading. The melting and casting process accounts for over 40% of enterprises' total energy consumption. Combined with rising labor costs, demand for energy-saving intelligent equipment keeps growing. In the first half of 2026, domestic demand for aluminum processing equipment renewal registered a 27% year-on-year increase.
The newly launched equipment features a self-developed AI dynamic temperature control system, cutting the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of aluminum ingot melting by 18% and shortening the melting cycle by 12%. Its integrated design of automatic batching and melt purification reduces frontline operation manpower by 60% while stabilizing the product yield above 98.5%. With a supporting flue gas waste heat recovery device, the overall energy utilization efficiency of the production line rises by 22%.
General Manager of Hualv Intelligence noted that equipment R&D always revolves around three core goals: lower cost, fewer workers and better quality. The series has already secured more than ten intentional orders, and multiple leading aluminum enterprises have completed sample trial docking. Mass delivery is scheduled for the third quarter, and the company is also laying out the specialized recycled aluminum equipment track in parallel.
Industry analysts point out that domestic equipment manufacturers with core energy-saving technologies and full intelligent solutions will continue to benefit from industry dividends. The launch of this new product also provides a new equipment benchmark for the low-carbon intelligent manufacturing upgrade of China's aluminum processing industry.
