Homogenizing furnace is used to handle with the stress inside the billet and optimize its structure, so that to improve the efficiency of extruding.
The Aluminum Ash Separation & Recovery Machine adopts advanced foreign technologies, requires no fuel, and enables efficient recovery of materials with high aluminum content. It replaces the traditional manual ash-frying process, and can separate aluminum from ash in a single operation directly at the smelting furnace site. The machine mainly consists of a heat-resistant main pot, stirring blades, a main drive shaft, and a control electric cabinet. It shall be installed horizontally, with the total weight of the main unit being approximately 7 tons.

With the infrared radiation and the most advanced high efficiency axial compression jet heating technology, the heat recovery system with the net work plate can achieve the hightest heat utilization rate.
Semi-continuous casting type. lt's designed that assign the aluminium fluid to the mould automatically. And the pulling type is chain pulling.
Hot top casting plant adopt wire ropes to lift the stage up and down. In the process of casting, we use water to cool the billet.
